1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By adding Shokunin Bot ("the Bot") to a Discord server or using any of its features, you ("the User") and the server administrator ("the Server Owner") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and stop using it.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Shokunin Bot is a multi-purpose Discord bot offering features including moderation tools, leveling and XP tracking, giveaways, polls, tickets, reminders, games, fun commands, reaction roles, custom commands, and server configuration utilities.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service (discord.com/terms) to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet Discord's minimum age requirements and have the authority to agree to these terms.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the Bot's features in unintended ways.
• Use moderation commands (ban, kick, timeout, clear, slowmode) to target users unfairly or outside of legitimate server administration.
• Use the "say" or "announce" commands to spread misinformation, hate speech, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Bot's operation.

Server Owners are responsible for ensuring their members use the Bot appropriately within their servers.

5. MODERATION FEATURES

Commands such as ban, kick, timeout, clear, drop, and slowmode are intended for legitimate server moderation. The developers of Shokunin Bot are not responsible for any misuse of these features by Server Owners or moderators.

6. GIVEAWAYS AND POLLS

Giveaways and polls facilitated by the Bot are entirely the responsibility of the Server Owner who creates them. The Bot developers make no guarantees about the fairness or outcome of any giveaway or poll conducted through the Bot.

7. CUSTOM COMMANDS AND REACTION ROLES

Server Owners may configure custom commands and reaction roles. The Bot developers are not responsible for the content of custom commands or the configuration of reaction roles set by Server Owners.

8. AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep the Bot online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons at any time without prior notice.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server or revoke access for any user or server that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shokunin Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or actions taken by server administrators using the Bot's moderation features.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
